Enterprise transformation rooted in deep delivery experience.
Founded in 2020. Based in Boston, Massachusetts. Working with enterprise delivery teams across the United States.
Our Story
Ted Tech started in 2020, when large organizations had to change how they worked in a matter of weeks. From 2020 to 2024 we coached Agile delivery and wrote playbooks inside large companies in homebuilding, banking and insurance, data infrastructure, pharma, and commercial property risk.
These were long engagements, deep inside the delivery organization, in industries where a mistake is expensive and nothing ships without a review.
Since 2025 the questions coming to us have changed.
Leaders now ask what AI is actually worth in their business, how to teach teams to use it, and how to fund work differently once they do. The technology is new. The hard part is not.
